Booking Instructions

When booking online we only charge the 1st hour as a deposit. Choose an add-on to add additional hours to your booking. The remaining balance for the room rate, cover charge and any additional fees will be charged onsite at the end of your session. ++++ BYOB & BYOF For your food we provide tables and require that you a bring tablecloth for easy cleanup and decoration. For your drinks you need to bring your own cooler and ice. ++++ Smoking/ Vaping/ Alcohol Smoking and Vaping is not permitted indoors. You are welcome to smoke/ vape outdoors on the lanai. BYOB alcoholic beverages are to be consumed indoors and not brought outdoors on our lanai space. A designated responsible adult (+21 y.o.) is to be present when both minors and alcohol is present. If no adult is supervising when alcohol is present, the party will be cancelled, guests will be escorted out and the deposit will not be refunded. UNDERAGE DRINKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ++++ $3 Per Person Cover Charge The $3 charge is a one time, per person fee paid in whole at the end of your session. Applies to all adults and children 10 years and older for parties with majority adult guests. If the majority of the party are children, then all are charged including chaperone. This fee applies only to karaoke, listening parties and events. This fee does not apply to photography, recording, podcasting, classes or meetings. ​++++ Cleaning and Set up Fee A $100 Cleaning Fee will be added to all bookings that include two or more Units and lanai space. Fee includes setup and breakdown of additional tables and chairs requested for the lanai space. No fee is charged when booking only one room/ Unit at a time. ++++ Damage Fee Kaeo Karaoke reserves the right to charge customers for damage to equipment and property. Damage Fee to be determined at the time of the incident in proportion to the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment or property. A plumbing charge will be assessed for any clogging of the toilets due to flushed items or objects aside from toilet paper. ++++ Vomit Fee A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any vomiting incidence as a result of intoxication or sickness. This includes missed or uncleaned vomit in the restroom sinks, toilets, or trash can. ++++ After-Hours Fee (Upon Staff Approval) If approved by staff to extend past closing time, a $100 after-hours fee will be added to the regular room rate for parties extending past 2:00 am. ++++ Pets No pets allowed during karaoke parties.
